Comprehensive management of your transaction from the moment the contract is signed through closing, including: tracking all deadlines, contingencies, and milestones; coordinating communication with the title company, lender, inspector, and cooperating agent; reviewing the contract, amendments, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance; and providing timely updates to keep all relevant parties informed. In addition to the "Contract to Close" list above, upload buyer's Representation Agreement and all required Broker forms, executed contracts, arrange for pick-up of earnest funds, follow-up on repairs and receipts, provide utility contact information, coordinate key transfer and coordinate Closing Gift per agent instructions (when applicable).

Complete listing file creation in agents preferred software, add/update agent's CRM database, fill-out listing documents and send to clients for signatures, order preliminary title, order for sale sign, assign lockbox to MLS listing, schedule stager consultation (when applicable) and photographer and upload required documents to broker's compliance management software.
